Time for a physical? Here's what to ask for during perimenopause

It's not like you were putting it off on purpose...but you know...taking time out of your day, worried about your weight (and being weighed), getting your blood drawn, maybe a pelvic exam...can't imagine why you were putting it off.


If you're like many women in midlife who feel fine (not great, but fine), going to the doctor's office can feel overwhelming.
