Digging Deep into Body Image


Episode 6...Part of being human is experiencing the ups and downs of body image on a regular basis. It doesn't matter if you live in a thin, fit, fat, wrinkled, young, or old body - if you're human, you've likely looked at your reflection with dissatisfaction a time or two in your life.
